Now that we have been married for a MONTH I figured it's about time to blog about the wedding and the days leading up to the big day. We decided to do first look pictures so we could capture that special moment between the two of us. Also, we wanted to try to cut down on the stress of pictures of the actual day of. Besides, who could pass up pictures in these beautiful mountains?! Not us!
The dress was a bit of a hassle to find and was still unfinished a couple days before we had scheduled these pictures. My hair stylist kept bailing on me, so I was stuck doing it myself. The dress was thankfully done in time, my hair turned out ok (mainly because of that amazing flower crown!) and everything else went off without a hitch! We drove up separately and every minute of that drive my stomach was pure butterflies. Once I got there and saw him in this gorgeous field with his back to me, I felt so happy.
Once we finally got the perfect shots of us separately and of me walking up to him he just kept asking "ok, enough, can I finally see her?" I was so happy he was so excited. When he turned around I couldn't help but just laugh. This man has a way of making me feel so loved and so giddy!
We spent the rest of the evening with our wonderful photographer and amazing videographer, capturing the most perfect moments.
I love being married to this man so so much. I also love reliving those most special days just a month ago through our pictures and feel those butterflies all over again.
If you don't have first look pictures on your wedding must do list, add it now! This was such a fun and relaxing but exciting experience! I recommend it SO SO much!
