Aren't banana recipes the best? There always seems to be a overly ripe banana that needs to be baked.

ReplyDeleteOh my gosh I need to make this. I have like a thousand "super rots" ; ) I loved that....bananas in that I had to stick in the freezer. Great alternative to regular/boring banana bread.
